This is a really great Brewer. I love that you can brew more than a cup at a time with the new Carafe packs.
The only thing that I do not like is that if you do brew a Carafe you wont be able to keep it warm unless you are using it right then. But that is not a big deal since you can just brew a k cup instead.
Another thing is only being able to use Keurig brand k cups.I really do not mind but that may be a slight disadvantage for some people that already had a lot of k cups stocked up.
I love the new technology and customization of the Keurig 2.0. I like to decorate my kitchen depending on the season and/or holiday. So the different wallpapers and Reservoir lights are very fun to play with. The brew time is super fast for both the k-cup and Carafe.
Also as soon as the K cup or Carfare cools I remove it and just run hot to help with keeping it clean as possible.
